Arbor - Communicating with School

You will receive letters and notifications via Arbor. 

Shenstone School will send out all school communications via our Arbor system. Emails will be sent to to email address provided for primary guardians, from office@shenstone-tkat.org.

Arbor has a Parent Portal and App available. The portal allows parents to check contact information stored, receive in-app messages and eventually we hope to use the platform for payments and booking parents' evenings. We encourage parents/carers to download the Arbor app.

An account has been created for all parents/carers. 

To finish creating your account you just need to set a password. Your username is the email address supplied.

Go to https://login.arbor.sc and click Forgot your password? to finish setting up your account. 

The Parent App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones.

School Payments

Payments for dinner money, school trips, etc., are made via the online payment system called ParentPay - https://www.parentpay.com/ Using a secure website, you will be able to pay online using your credit / debit card. 

ParentPay Login details can be obtained from the school office. 

ParentPay Activation - 

  • Go to https://www.parentpay.com/

  • Click on the yellow login button

  • Type in the Username and password provided by school. Once you log in the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Your login will become your email address.
